Residential
Happy Home Blind School in Mumbai provides comfortable residential facilities for around 200 boys, offering a supportive second home for students from distant areas. The school promotes personal hygiene, independence, and a nurturing environment where children grow together. Regular weekend visits encourage family bonding, and students receive three nutritious, freshly prepared meals daily.
Vocational
Happy Home Blind School offers vocational training in mosaic work, weaving, pottery, and carpentry, equipping students with practical skills that promote creativity, confidence, and future independence.
In-House Medical Care

Over the past hundred years, more than 10,000 underprivileged boys have been educated here—each journey a quiet transformation of potential into purpose. With specialised education systems adapted to each child’s unique needs, including those with multiple disabilities, every student is given the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Today, that legacy is reflected in lives of dignity and achievement:

Vocational Training

Our vocational training programme equips students with practical skills in mosaic work, weaving, pottery, and carpentry—guided closely by skilled masters who mentor them through every step of creation. Together, they produce finely crafted pieces that are appreciated both nationally and internationally. Beyond skill-building, this work instills a deep sense of purpose, dignity, and self-worth, empowering students to contribute meaningfully and, in many cases, support their families. Among the most iconic achievements is the mosaic installation Four Seasons, commissioned for the Parliament House during the tenure of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Their craftsmanship also finds place in distinguished homes across Mumbai, where handcrafted pottery is displayed with pride—quietly reflecting the excellence and spirit of its creators.
